What Does X Ray Report- 2 Calcified Lymph Nodes At The Right Hilum Indicate

i fell and hurt my right sholder, they did xray's, this is what it said under other on the xray report: There is some pleural thickening at the right lung apex, and There are at least 2 calcified lymph nodes at the right hilum, what does this mean? neither my regular M.D. or the emergency room Dr,have not even mentioned it, I just happened to read the xray results.
