Hi, I'm 71 years old, 5.6ft, 76kg, I have hypertension (under control) since 25years. 2 years ago I was treated for positional Vertigo, it was fixed through a specialist.since 3 weeks it has come back, I had a MRI done and it shows the following:
Minor scattered white matter hyper intensities are seen in the corona radiata and centrum semiovale, non specific probably related to minor small vessel disease and chronic ischaemic change. No restricted diffusion is seen.
Please be so kind and explain to me the meaning of chronic ischaemic, thank you for your help, kindest regards,
