What Is The Cause Of Dizziness With Neurofibroma In The Brain?

Hello Doctor, I ve been dizzy and unsteady for the last week. In the past, when dizzy, I knew this was cause by the rocks in the inner ear being out-of-alignment. Through a series of head moves, learned from a doctor, I ve always been able to fix my dizziness. However, the head moves haven t helped. Also, the last few days I ve had a metallic/sour taste in my mouth. I ve had neurofibroma which had to be removed through a laminectomy in my neck area. I m wondering if my dizziness might be caused by a neurofibroma in the brain. Thanks. DS
