What Is The Clear Round Thing With Root On The Back Of Body?

I took this weird looking thing from my 8 year old sister's back, some years ago, but I have never found out what they were, they theft scars like little holes, but thought I had to get them out because they looked weird, they looked exactly like a clear radish with the root and the shape when I took them out but before I took them out they looked like clogged pore but there was no redness or inflamation. What could those clear round radish looking things with a root could have been? Any ideas?
