Hello,
I'm a 29 year old male in good health and shape, but today I went outside for the first time this spring and played some soccer practice taking, taking shots on goal, and then I did some jogging with my wife. All was fine but when we got home it was weird to walk coming from the car. My right foot feels very heavy and kind of numb from my foot up my right calf muscle. I can move my foot side to side, but it feels too heavy to lift up to walk, also my toes are difficult to move up as well. I feel absolutely no pain at all in my foot or leg, just the light numbness and difficulty lifting my foot to walk without dragging my toes. What can this be, may a light muscle tweak? How long should I expect this to last for?
