What Is The Pus Filled Blister In The Toe?

Im 13, about 5 feet, and 98 pounds. I do not really have any medical history.

I have a blood blister on my toe. Its been there for about 3 weeks, and i left it alone, ocasionally popping it. Then, yellow liquid starting surronding the blister. What is it and how do i get rid of it?
