What Is The Redness And Swelling Of The Glans With Discharge?

i have a discharge from my penis,the tip is swollen and darker red,it burns when i urinate,i feel random pinches in my urethra or along the inside of my shaft randomly or when im erect.i havent had any vaginal intercourse for atleast two years,but recently recieved/gave oral and anal.please help me
