What Is The Remedy For Painful Lumps On My Hard Palate?

I developed several tender lumps on my hard palate this morning which have been getting more and more painful. They feel swollen and sore and I just tried to eat some eggs but it hurt so bad just trying to swallow I couldn't eat them. I don't have a cold or sore throat.

Hi. If the lumps are small and painful this can be due to stomatitis and / or infection ; Hard palate being an unusual site for this .
I think you should consult the ENT Surgeon as this needs to be seen by a Doctor to get a proper diagnosis as the pain is severe and incapacitate you more.
