What Is The Treatment For PCIS?

I have been diagnosed with PCIS 4 yrs back, now harmone levels are all good..still have very irregular periods TTC husband's sprem count 60million, mobile sperms 30%
1st cycle- Fertomid 50mg. left ovary 10mm follicle MSF in right, results same from days 11 to 19, we cancelled the study
2nd cycle -Fertomid 100mg Right ovary MSF, left 13mm on day 11 and day 16 24mm
took Ovipure 5000IU
is it right to wait till 24mm?
