Hi,

I'm a young gay male who had unprotected oral sex with another young man approximately 2 weeks ago. The next morning (perhaps 5-6 hours later), I woke and noticed a small lump the size of a pea about half an inch up from the base of my penis close to the right upper-leg.

Basically this lump looked like an area of swelling and was painless. Over the next week it gradually decreased in size, and now it is unnoticeable except for a tiny, insignificant scarring in the region where the lump once was. I was very surprised at how soon after sex that I came to notice it.

Apart from that I developed no other recognizable symptoms. I am thinking of getting myself tested for possible STD's at my university health clinic in the coming week. What could it be?
