What Is The Treatment For Blackness On The Foot?

Hi Doctor,

I found out there is some area on the bottom of my foot appears in black and damaged skin suddenly last couple days' ago.

I don't know what happen, no pain feeling, but just appears black colour in some area. I tried to use the scissors to cut all these black skin, but it seems it as not bleeding, looks like a damaged skin affected by some virus. What should I do now? Please kindly advise.
