i get a pain in my forearm when doing pulling exercises and pull up. Yet pushing exercises i can do they still hurt , but not as bad, i can lift heavy still . but the pain when getting the weight up is rather bad. and after lifting when returing the weight to starting position the pain dosent go its like a dull ache. any ideas ??
