What Is The Treatment For Irregular Periods?

I am 34 years. My periods was very normal till 32. Now i am in u.a.e. After comming here my periods become irregular. i consulted a doctor and she told me that my uterus size is little big 5.9-6.0 and my overies also. She had given me duphaston for 3 months, after having this medicine for 3 months, i got my period normal for 7 months, after this irregular periods came. Now my last period was in April 11. But there was no bleeding. Very low bleeding and last for 3 weeks, and this month it came on may 21 and now also i have bleeding but very less. What is this doctor? Can i have my regular periods?
