What Is The Treatment For Lightheadedness And Pain In The Hand And Knee?

I am 53 years old and not had a period for 2 years, I am suffering with lightheadness, pains in hand and knees and sometimes my legs feel like lead and are very heavy. I am on thyroxine and using a natural progesterone and oestrogen cream, but getting a lot of headaches. Are these symptoms to do with the menopause or my thyroid. My doc says thyroid readings are normal., but I dont feel normal.
