What Is The Treatment For Migraine?

I was admitted to hospital last week as i hd a severe migraine which lasted 1 week i hd been to my Gp who prescibed medication imigran which did not work. I had a CT Brain scan which was NAD, I am borderline B12 deficient of which I have been getting Cytamen injections monthly. I have come off the combined contraceptive pill because of the migraines, I was prescribed amitriptyline 10mg nocte for 2 wks then 25mg for 2 months as well as taking zomig 2.5mg not happy to take as they make me feel extremely groggy if the scan is normal do you think migraines due to B12 dificiency? supposed to start on cerazette also but does that affect the absorption of B12? I have only started getting migraines in the last 6 months
