What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Pain?

I am 21 years old and I have had persistent, dull ovarian pain on my right side for the last 4 years. It's usually not bothersome, and I can usually only feel it when pressure is applied, or sometimes when I lie flat on my back or stomach. It doesn't come or go with any real patterns or stimulus, but it's really got me nervous. Recently, I've also had irregular spotting and two instances where I've had symptoms of what felt like low estrogen. Are there any other possible reasons for this other than something like ovarian cancer?
