What Is The Treatment For Spinal Tuberculosis?

I am female 61years,have spinal T.B.,presently on tests results AKT4 with NAC SR 75 as painkiller,calcium with D3 vit. plus some more tab. for one month now.Stiffness persists with pain,some imrovement is visible.Using brase,done simple Xrays & MRI,various blood tests, chest Xray,ultra sound.Lever results double than normal,Uric acid is10.Pl.advise when pain disappears,normal walk total recovery period & precautions to take,I am 64 ,67kg.
