What Is Tiny Dot On Nipple With Reddish Circle After Breast Infection?

Hello, I had a white spot on mu nipple with shooting pain 2 month ago, I went to the doctor and was diagnised with a breast infection and prescribed an antibiotic. 1 month later now it still hurts occasionaly and I have this black hard tiny dot on my nipple, with a reddish circle around it. should I be worried ? , I am 28 and I nurse my baby 3 times a day.
