Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your patient is suffering from Mucositis that is inflammation of the mucosa inside mouth and formation of oral ulcers..
You can advise numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine and along with it you can also advise alcohol-free antiseptic mouthwash..
You can advise baking soda dissolved in water to be used as Gargles..
You can also advise Vitamin B complex supplements..
Sucking ice pops and cool water rinses can help..
Avoiding spicy and hard foods can help..
You can also advise chewing sugarfree candies that will help in preventing dryness in mouth and relieve the sores too..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
