Hello,

You have piles / hemorrhoids. Presently, you are experiencing burning sensation, itching & pain. You are taking spicy food. Control your diet and take medicines as advised. For relieve from pain you can take naproxen, one stat orally after food. Applying ice or cold packs to the hemorrhoid helps to relieve pain and inflammation.

Take sitz bath 2-3 times a day. Applying hydrocortisone ointment effectively reduces itching and inflammation caused by hemorrhoids. It also promotes healing of affected skin. Applying pilorute ointment or Anovate ointment soothes, heals the affected area, It also reduces pain. Take adequate water and fluids.

Avoid taking hot, spicy, oily food. Include fiber in your diet. You can take laxatives to reduce constipation. Taking boiled food will help reduce the symptoms. Take water, juice, soups and fluids to help easy bowel movement. Avoid taking food and drinks that cause constipation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
