General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Breathing trouble at night time could be suggestive of some allergic disease.

It can be bronchitis, change in environment at night time can cause the symptoms.

The Eosinophilic count may give some clue but it has to be counted on an absolute basis.

Obesity could be another reason. Other risk factors play the role too, like smoking, hyperacidity, anxiety, else it is nothing to do anything with LBS.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Akhtarhusain, General & Family Physician
