I am a 58 year old female who frequently gets coldness in my chest also a heaviness in the chest. I ve been tested for heart attack and that is not the problem. I am constantly burping and that relives some of the chest pain. Is this a condition I will have to live with? Is there anything I can take to relive this chest pain?
regular exercise and meditations proper sleep and healthy food avoid smoking drinking deep breathing twice a day stress free work enjoy hobbies do pleasurable activities music etc will help in reduce stress medicines like etizolam is helpful as and when required
but physical health is also imp as psychological health regular check up is also necessary stay healthy take care thank you
