What Should I Take To Relieve Chest Pain?

I am a 58 year old female who frequently gets coldness in my chest also a heaviness in the chest. I ve been tested for heart attack and that is not the problem. I am constantly burping and that relives some of the chest pain. Is this a condition I will have to live with? Is there anything I can take to relive this chest pain?

hiii dear

if it is not heart related pathology because you must go for every heart check up

with that exclusion reference from you

it may be due to stress related or gastric reflexes

for gastric reflex ,,u can take antacid

for stress

regular exercise and meditations
proper sleep and healthy food
avoid smoking drinking
deep breathing twice a day
stress free work
enjoy hobbies
do pleasurable activities
music
etc will help in reduce stress
medicines like etizolam is helpful as and when required

but physical health is also imp as psychological health
regular check up is also necessary
stay healthy
