When I was 5 weeks, 5 days we had our first u/s. My hcg level was 2018 five days prior and I had some very light bleeding three days prior. The u/s showed that the gestational sac was an abnormal shape and there was some fluid around my cervix. Hcg level was around 2300. MD repeated bloodwork two days later and it was 2600. They've got me returning for u/s on Tuesday, one full week after the initial u/s and have said there is still hope for this to be a normal pregnancy. We've had two prior miscarriages using my eggs. This is our first successful IVF round using donor eggs. Thoughts?
