When I was taking a shower 2 days ago, I noticed that when the water hit my penis it was stinging a bit... I know I did masturbate 2-3 times with no lube the day before and I think once the day of and it was pretty pretty rough so I thought first thing it's probably just a friction burn. When I got out of the shower I looked and it didn't really look like much looked like the skin was a bit red and inflamed. No open wound or blister I could see. I'm circumcised and it's the skin right above the circumcision line. Yesterday it started to scab over. I did have protected vaginal sex last Wednesday but unprotected oral sex. I didn't notice any physical symptoms on her at all. Now what is making me scared is on Friday Saturday I had swollen glands and a fever.. Which would have been the day before I noticed the sting in the shower. Is this just a coincidence of getting sick for a couple days and than getting a friction burn or could this be herpes ?
