Why Am I Experiencing Delayed Periods And Watery Discharge After Cervical Dilation And Placentrex Injections?

Hi, I have a regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days, M 33 years old trying to conceive for past 5 years(unexplained infertility). This month on second day of periods, doctor tried cervical dilation saying opening was small along with 5 placentrex injections. This whole month i got watery discharge, now periods also delayed by 8 days, with negative pregnancy test.
