Why Are The Right Side Joints Of My Body Painful?

I had Questions about some pains i have.

my right side, like under my armpitt my upper abdomnal(kinda under my ribs, my lower right side of my neck and the insides of both my elbows (other then my elbows, all the other spots are only affected on the right side of my body.

It is like i have a muscle cramp in those places, that just wont go away. ive tried rubbing them out, stretching them, putting ice pack on, and using a heating pad.

I went to bed lastnight feeling fine, woke up this morning achey and tense, as if i had muscle cramps
