Why Causes Dry Skin On The Side Of The Vagina?

I have a dry skin on one side of my vagina, and a red rash right below it, it does not itch, but it is getting moist on its own and im not seeing how. It does not look like it is pussing at all, i have eczema on my fiingers and i dont know if that could be it. the dry skin almost looks like a scab, but it is not. Please help.
