Why Is My Stomach Growing Post Miscarriage?

Hello, my names Sami. I read that you are a doctor and could help with some qestions. What it is, is that i had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago but my stomach is still slightly growing. I didnt have a DMC. I lost lots of lumps and the baby, as i seen it. My bleeding has stoped and i havnt been getting any cramps or pain. But i just cant understand why my stomach is still growing. Please could you help me by answering my question, thanks
