Why My Period Is Not Regular?

my last normal period was the beginning of june the past 3 months my periods are irregular which is weird for me n only lasted a day or two in nov i didnt have a per. ive tooken pregnancy test all negative i have ALL the symtoms an i felt movement i know this movement isnt gas i even went to the e.r n took a pregnancy test n negative i have i lil belly im going crazy help
