Will Vyvanse Cause Consequential Positive On A Standard Drug Test?

I am currently not prescribed to any medication for treatment of ADD/ADHD; however I was prescribed Ritalin years ago. Although I understand that it is not acceptable to consume ADD medication (or any prescription medication for that matter) without proper prescription, a few hours ago I had taken a friend’s 60mg Vyvanse in an attempt to secure focus on a significantly weighted college assignment. During my years of undergraduate studies (and now graduate courses) I have struggled with issues and consequences stemming from undesired distraction from important tasks. With that being said, I inform you that, although not a regular user, I have taken Vyvanse in the past. Now onto the current issue: I have been blessed with an amazing career opportunity in which I have been given the option to complete a mandatory drug screening either tomorrow or during the course of the week. With all that is going for me, illegal drugs have absolutely no presence in my life. My question is; will the Vyvanse cause a consequential positive on a standard drug test? And if so, will my preceding Ritalin prescription be significant means to overlook the undesired results?
