Will Cervical Cauterization Stop The Bleeding With Minimum Soreness?

Hello, my name is Susie, I am due to have cervical cauterisation this coming week, and I don't know what to expect, will I be sore. I had an ablation processdure done last year and was sore after that, as both are a burning form of treatment should I expect the same discomfort? Will my bleeding finally stop? How long after the treatment can I have sex again. I fthis doesn't work should I seriously consider an Hysterectomy as I have been bleeding non stop for over 3 years?
