Hello and welcome,

MT pill is an abortificient drug and include two drugs mifepristone and misoprostol. They are to be taken under medical supervision only. They work in a very short framework of gestation so if the pregnancy is more than 63 days then they fail. Sometimes they may cause excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion in which case a surgical procedure may be needed. Also the location of the pregnancy has to be confirmed by examination and ultrasound as they cannot be taken in cases of ecotpic pregnancy.

If all these precautions are taken then they work very well to abort.

So please see your doctor first before taking these drugs.

Hope this satisfies your query.
