Will Taking Nitroglycerin Patch 15 At Night Stop Angina From Occurring?

Hello, I have had 3 lots of stents in arteries. After the first and second lot I felt great afterwards and after a time I didn't need medication. After having more stents the 3rd time I also had heart attack in hospital at the same time. Now 7 months later I am still getting angina and am on medication of Emconcor, AAS,Nitroglycerine Patches (during the day), Plavix, Ramipril, Ranitidina, and Crestor. My main concern now is that I wake up during the night sometimes with angina, for which I take Cafinitrina. This does take the pain away, but do you think that if I use a Nitroglycerine Patch 15 at night, that this would stop the angina from occurring.
