Will The Plan B One Step Show Up In Blood Tests For Hormonal Imbalances?

Hi. I have had irregular periods all my life. I just started having sex this week, and I am going in for a hormonal imbalance test in six days. I took Plan B One Step, an emergency contraceptive, after sex today. My boyfriend has never "cum" inside me, and I'm pretty positive that "pre-cum" has not come in contact with my vagina, either. Will the Plan B One Step show up in my blood tests for hormonal imbalances?
