Will The Private Parts Be Covered During Labor?

I'm pregnant. and i want to have a private birth, without my boyfriend or anyone else, just me and the doctor delivering the baby. I want to do this because i dont want my boyfriend to see my private parts, especially going through labor. do doctors cover up your private parts? and if they dont, do doctors ask who you want in the room before they start?
