14 Year Old Presented 7 Days Ago With A Sudden

14 year old presented 7 days ago with a sudden onset of lower right quadrant pain, nausea, temp 100.2, WBC 12.6 all other labs normal, ultrasound showed normal sized appendix, fatigue, decreased appetite. Fatigue, dizziness, and loss of appetite continue, stomach pain goes away, but then returns 3 days later and pain starts in the upper right quadrant and a sharp pain shoots to the lower right quadrant. Afebrile, ultrasound of ovaries and uterus normal, WBC 9.6 all other labs remain normal diagnosed as a stomach virus. At this point day 7 the pain continues onthe right side and is intermittant. It seems to worsen after breakfast and lunch but not dinner. Fatigue, dizziness, and loss of appetite continue with regular soft bowel movements and no nausea or vomiting.
