1st Thankyou. I Am Deeply Concerned For My 47 Yr

1st thankyou. I am deeply concerned for my 47 yr old nephew in UK an Australian living in UK. He has been admitted to public hospital last 3 days.
1. On arrival: high temp, vomiting, high heart rate, diarrhoea, swollen red rash in groin area & area around top of leg. Difficulty in walking in general pain.
2. Now day 3 after on drips a little better, but rash spreading down to knee. Being treated for Sepsis!
3. Concerned as hospital under staffed, vomit & urine bowls left near patient. Pain killers unable to be given on time as understaffed. My gut feeling is that if not treated as emergency he will get worse! Been given drips is this enough?
4. Am I over reacting? Thinking he may need to go to another hospital. I am aware if not treated in early stages effectively this can be life threatening.
Again, thankyou Lorraine Perrysmith
