2 Red Scaly Patches On The Left Hand 2 Weeks

2 red scaly patches on the left hand 2 weeks ago, first lesion appeared to be poison ivy, after the vesicle cleared, the itching and scaling remained, now new lesions over her left eyebrow and a small patch appears over right upper lip, lesion did not cleared with OTC medications, use steroids, antibacterial cream and anti-itch cream
