36 Year Old Female. Papillary Thyroid Cancer With Complete Thyroidectomy

36 year old female. Papillary thyroid cancer with complete thyroidectomy 12/26/14. Isthmus, and left lobe had multiple thyroid nodules, with 3cm complex cystic mass with macrocalcifications. Right lobe had microcarcinoma throughout. 2 lymph nodes removed at time of thyroidectomy was also malignant.

Currently have lymph node chain that has macrocalcifications in the left neck, and further up mid lateral neck next to jugular vein is a enlarged node, mixed cystic, with what appears to be microcalcifications. Would this be suggestive of having a biopsy or is this common after thyroidectomy w/RAI treatment?
