46 years old, irregular periods for the past two years, 3 in a year, hot flashes but have declined alot. Have had heavy bleeding with clots, having to change tampon and pad every 1-2 hours for about 5 days, stopped bleeding for one week, then spotting for 3 days. transvaginal ultrasound showed double thickness endometrium 2mm, no visualization of either ovary
