63yof With Congestive Heart Failure, Pacemaker, Bi-ventricular Defibrillator. Increased Lasix

63yof with congestive heart failure, pacemaker, bi-ventricular defibrillator. Increased Lasix from 40 to 60mg daily. Suddenly has severe swelling in the legs, thighs, buttocks and lower back and abdomen. Urinating frequently, no vomiting but unable to bend legs or stand due to swelling. History of edema but only in hte calfs. The swelling is still there after 1 week
