65 Year Old, Healthy Adult Woman: Sudden Onset Of Dizziness
65 year old, healthy adult woman: sudden onset of dizziness with noise inside head/ears, lightheadedness, followed by vomiting. Vomiting continued throughout the day when sitting up, opening eyes, etc. Nothing left to vomit, mostly dry heaves/stomach bile that is dark yellow. Has been going on for the past 8 hours. Should we go to ER?
