85 Year Old Woman Released Home After 5 Months In

85 year old woman released home after 5 months in Hosp (gall bladder/cardiac/pneumonia). 3 week UTI, recurring diarrhea, constipation, ruptured membrane in R ear. Hospitalized 3 days ago. Fell during early morning hours, slight cerebral hematoma. Now monitored by Neurologist/Neurosurgeon, cardiologist. Yesterday presented with shingles. History of A/fib, hypertension and episodes (10 mins) of hypertensive and hypotensive, recurring UTI's with painful rash, dimentia, depression - - - but NOT pregnant. At home with 24/7 care. Thoughts??
