A Couple Months Ago, Just Out Of Curiosity, I Started

A couple months ago, just out of curiosity, I started using software that tracks my sleep. I've found that instead of the average 90 minute sleep cycles, mine tend to be about 45 minutes long with an hour long first cycle. Between each of them, I wake up for less than 5 minutes, but I wouldn't say I'm really awake. I'm only aware enough to turn over. For about the last hour of the night, I sleep for about 5 minutes at a time and then wake up for about 5 minutes at a time.

Is this really strange or unhealthy in some way, or do I just happen to have a less common but acceptable sleep pattern?
