A Few Days Ago I Suddenly Started Itching . First

A few days ago I suddenly started itching . First the back of my neck, then neck, the upper arm, sometimes the top of my foot, knee. Basically different parts of my body. Nothing at night. In the morning nothing. During the day maybe my wrist . Not constantly but just annoying. No changes in soaps, creams or detergent. Any answers? Or suggestions on what to do? Thank you
