A Very Recent MRI Indicates I Have Loss Of Disc

A very recent MRI indicates I have loss of disc space height and signal throughout the lumbar spine.
L1-2, L2-3, L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1 have bulging discs or herniation with ligimentum flavum and facet joint hypertrophy.
My symptoms are very severe pain in my hip, upper leg, all around my knee and my groin area. Also a burning sensation on the left side of my calf down to my ankle.
All on my left side.
what is the best place to get an understanding of what I should do next.

Thank you,
Fred
