About a week ago, my girlfriend and I had a lot of repeated rough sex, and a couple days ago I started to get a high fever and my penis has become extremely swollen! It had a small zit like spot on the side at first, but when I tried to pop it (mistake), it got way worse.

l'm assuming the the wound became infected and now spread to my blood stream causing the fever. I don't have insurance, so I haven't been to a doctor. My girlfriend gave me a full bottle of some expired (2 years) Cephalexin that I just started. According to my research, they still seem safe to take.

I've also been taking plenty of Zinc tablets, olive leaf extract, vitamin c (Emergen-C), fever reducer and anti inflammatory medicine and it still seems to be getting worse.

Now nearly my entire penis is extremely swollen and I've had a high fever for over 24 hours.

My symptoms are headaches, high fever, extremely swollen penis, loss of apetite, and drowsiness. I haven't had any digestive or respiratory issues.

Any suggestions?
