About A Year Ago I Was Kneeling For A Few

About a year ago I was kneeling for a few minutes and felt a bit of pain in my right hip. I tried to stretch and work out with it but the pain became more severe, and unfortunately I ran hard on concrete and a treadmill with it and lifted weights, which I knew was a bad idea but I did it. After it hurt a lot I rested for a few days but walked on it, but the pain was pretty bad and slowly went away until it was barely noticeable. However, just about every day I feel pain, or discomfort and sometimes a sharp electric pain that travels from the bottom of my body up. I biked after the injury and built muscle, attempting to strengthen it after injury. I believe it helped. I must have some sort of damage, it feels a bit inflamed right now. Is it the cartilage around
the bone, or muscle tears? I have little medical knowledge. I was 17 now 18 I believe it's healed a bit but often gets worse then recovers. Any help is appreciated.
