Am I having a heart attack I wonder? I was diagnosed on an ECG with a 'silent heart attack' about 1 mth. ago, and have had tests -echogram but the results are not back yet due to holidays. I feel unwell, some nausea, but not bad, jabs of pain in my back, very tired, but had a busy Christmas season so I'm blaming it on that.
