Are Fluconazole And Cloben G Advisable For Fungal Infection On Hand?

Hello Dr, i hope your doing well, i am Tanzania (tropical region) i have problem in my hand skin, it looks like fungus, i have tried to use various tube with no success, my last tube is Candiderm Cream, and i have tried to ask my doctor ,she told me if this problem exist i have to change and use Cloben G for layering in my affected area and fluconazole for swallowing? are these good for me
